Counts only security holding rows materialized in this gln_holdings_t view.
Use the returned count as the exclusive upper bound for zero-based gln_get_holding_at indexes.
Notes
Passing NULL for in_holdings is allowed and returns 0.
Use this count as the exclusive upper bound for the matching _at accessor.
