What it does

Build a clear parking record. Phylax reads number plates from configured cameras, preserves the supporting evidence, and groups observations into parking sessions.
Carry each case forward. Where follow-up is required, Phylax uses the operator's approved owner-enquiry channel, prepares the relevant parking notice, and records its dispatch.
Match incoming payments. galanthus connects the workflow to the operator's banking channels so payments can be reconciled with open cases.
Keep exceptions visible. Resolved cases close cleanly. Unmatched payments, missing information, and unresolved cases are routed to an operator for review.

Technical context

Recognition uses configured plate-detection and optical-character-recognition models. Evidence records can include the original capture, annotated images, plate crops, and a manifest recording the image hash and recognition details. Parking sessions and workflow records are stored on operator-controlled infrastructure, with recovery designed to restore durable state after interruption.

Commercial model

Phylax is licensed software, not an enforcement-as-a-service arrangement.

Commercial licence - binaries and professional support for operator deployments. Single tier.
Operator control - the operator controls the workflow and retains the payments it collects.
