What we offer

Lumisearly access

Perpetual Standard or Premium licence.

Lumis is in early access; engagements at this stage suit teams comfortable using a product under active development. Support scope, defined in the commercial licence, is narrower than for established commercial releases.

Phylax

Perpetual commercial licence per operator site.

Each deployment is scoped around the operator’s site and workflow. The sample licence and Data Processing Agreement set out the deployment and data-processing terms.

Custom work is scoped per engagement: priority support, custom integration, deployment coordination, OEM / redistribution.

Pricing

We do not publish a price list. Licence scope varies by use case - number of seats, deployment model, data volume, support tier, redistribution rights - and we quote against a stated scope. Request a quote by email with the product, the intended use, and any constraints (NDA required, residency, timeline).

How to start

  1. 01Email us describing the product and the intended use. If scope is confidential, say so and we will send a mutual NDA first.
  2. 02We reply with a scoped evaluation licence (time- or scope-limited) or a commercial proposal.
  3. 03Once terms are agreed, both parties sign the commercial licence.

How we contract

Continuity
Delivered versions remain usable under the signed licence even if Varinomics ceases operations. Support and updates end unless a separate arrangement provides otherwise.
Source access
The premium tier for galanthus and Lumis grants the licensee the full source tree for internal audit, continuity, and self-maintenance. The source is not redistributable.
Support term
Support and update delivery run for the agreed Support Term. If that term is not renewed, delivered versions remain usable under the licence, but further support and updates stop.
Reviewable paperwork
The sample terms above are representative; negotiated variants are agreed in writing before they are binding.
