Purpose
Returns the recipient BIC when available.
Return
Returns the recipient BIC or provider-supplied bank identifier when the standing-order row carries one. Returns NULL when the optional field is not materialized or when the input handle is NULL.

Recipient Fields
Returns the recipient BIC or provider-supplied bank identifier when the standing-order row carries one.
NULL means the materialized row has no recipient BIC field. Treat a non-null value as provider data rather than deriving other recipient identity fields from it.
Notes
Passing NULL for in_standing_order is allowed and returns NULL.
NULL means the provider did not supply this optional field for the row.
The returned pointer is borrowed from the owning backend result envelope and becomes invalid when that envelope is destroyed.
