Who we are and which terms apply

Varinomics Ltd, company registration HE 434980, is the software licensor. Our registered office is Agiou Athanasiou 59, 4102 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact [email protected].

These terms cover Soter Free, Soter, Logonomic Free, Logonomic, and Logonomic Pro. The software is licensed, not sold. The product licence is presented for acceptance when you obtain or install the software. Your product licence and purchase details specify the permitted use and installation limit.

Purchases and payment

Online purchase options depend on your location and whether you are buying as a consumer or a business. Before you pay, the order identifies the seller, product, applicable tax, total payable, and the terms that apply to that purchase.

Soter is available to EU business customers by invoice from Varinomics Ltd. Email [email protected] with your chosen edition, company name, billing address and VAT number. Soter Free is available to everyone. Logonomic customer packages are not yet available; Logonomic Free will be available to everyone once released.

The order confirmation and invoice identify the edition, price, applicable tax, total payable, and payment details. Once payment has cleared, we email the link to claim your licence and access downloads through your Varinomics account.

For a direct card purchase, Varinomics Ltd is the seller and Revolut processes payment. Varinomics provides the order confirmation and invoice and handles purchase enquiries and refunds. A return from the payment page is not confirmation of payment; your account shows the order status and access to your purchase once payment is confirmed.

Varinomics Ltd is the seller for direct purchases and provides the software licence and product support.

Checkout shows the tax and total for your billing location and business details before payment.

If you previously purchased through a reseller, the original seller and the terms supplied with that order continue to apply. Use the seller identified on your receipt for payment enquiries, invoices, and refunds.

Soter Free and Soter

Soter Free has no licence fee and provides four terminals in ordinary standalone use on Windows and Linux, for internal personal or business use. Those Free capabilities do not require a retail entitlement or product activation.

Soter costs €23.80 incl. 19% VAT (€20 before VAT) as a one-time purchase. It provides unlimited terminals and up to three active installations in a separate Soter installation pool, for internal personal or business use.

The licence provides perpetual use of eligible releases and twelve months of update eligibility from completion of the paid transaction. A release's published eligibility timestamp determines whether it falls within that period. Eligible releases already lawfully acquired remain usable after the update period ends. The initial licence purchase has no recurring charge. A later update extension or upgrade is a separate purchase.

Initial activation requires an internet connection. After activation, the licensed version works offline.

Recovery access to surviving Logonomic terminals is not restricted by Soter Free’s ordinary terminal limit.

Logonomic Free, Logonomic, and Logonomic Pro

Logonomic Free has no licence fee and provides the workspace with up to four terminals, including the built-in Git tools, on Windows and Linux.

Logonomic costs €150 before applicable tax as a one-time purchase and includes 2 active installations, unlimited terminals, GitHub Actions and GitLab.com CI integration, and standard support. Logonomic Pro costs €400 before applicable tax as a one-time purchase and includes 5 active installations, the same workspace, self-hosted GitLab CI integration, and priority support.

Both retail desktop editions have perpetual licences for personal and commercial use, with twelve months of updates included. No renewal is required to keep using the latest desktop version covered by your licence. Another year of updates can be purchased later. The initial licence purchase has no recurring charge.

Logonomic Companion for Android is included with both retail desktop editions. The optional Varinomics relay service costs €50 before applicable tax for 12 months. The relay does not renew automatically. Each purchase adds twelve months of relay access. If access is still active, the new term starts at its current expiry; otherwise it starts when payment is confirmed. See editions and pricing for the product comparison.

Buying, extending and using Relay requires an active Logonomic or Logonomic Pro licence on the same Varinomics account. Free editions and Soter do not qualify. A perpetual licence continues to qualify after its update coverage expires.

Relay access is a separate service, not a perpetual desktop licence. Its withdrawal and remedy rules are described separately in the Refund Policy. A relay refund does not cancel a separately purchased desktop licence.

Refunds, support, and privacy

We do not offer a general change-of-mind refund guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our Refund Policy explains withdrawal, mandatory remedies, and how to request help. For product or purchase assistance, use our support page or email [email protected].

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable, including where they override product licence terms. The commercial twelve-month update entitlement does not limit necessary updates, security corrections, or other remedies required by applicable law.
